To make it so easy for the reader i was actually one of those who were looking for some computer devices for our company yet I tried to look in Google to find a help

But somehow I couldn't understand it very well. After some research I managed to get some good computers to my company anyway you are one of those who like to take time (paper/pen) to decide which pc to buy or just take whatever people think its great choice or whatever anyway skip my bla bla and get to the real deal.

What is the Main purpose for buying the computer for your company?

Now you have two Options after completing The General Plan Phase

Either collect Different Parts of the computer device to Create it( like Lower RAM, High Hard Disk,  Med Processor  )   or Just Directly Check The Already Offers  On your Area usually company’s has 3  Cheap, Med, Expensive collected computers  .

Choice Cheap Case as it doesn’t matter so much on your Pc performance

Power Supply: The power source for your Pc you need to take care of how May volts/w it does Support Because Some Graphic Cards won’t work unless you meet the Power Requirements. 

Price is usually 50USD-200USD   (depend on the Overall Power)

Either Choice the brand/type wisely based on your requirements as you mentioned before and check the future possibility of upgrades, Maximum RAM etc. as you won’t change this part for log time.

Price Is usually 100USD-400USD

Based on how many ram ,chip slots and maximum potential it has

Get a Motherboard that can hold  good amount of Ram Power 6GB up to 10GB

It handles all the operations that are required in order for the computer to process data into information. The capability of a processor determines the speed of the computer. So It does help on running huge graphic design Programs as for documenting propose go for the lowest

When your computer runs out of physical memory it uses space on the hard disk to store the information it would send to ram if there was more available. The transfer rates between physical ram and hard disk are different - hard disk being significantly slower. this is the reason your machine runs slowly when there is not enough ram for the applications it is running. 

You will find a nice speed increase with the upgrade you are talking about. Windows will load faster and applications will start more quickly. Your operating system will be generally more responsive
